Progettazione.
E’ la prima fase del processo produttivo ed è fondamentale
per determinare la soluzione in grado di garantire al Cliente
la migliore prestazione possibile sotto ogni punto di vista.
Un team di tecnici specializzati svolge l’attività
di progettazione avvalendosi di moderni e sofisticati sistemi
informatici, quali CAD e FEA-T, per progettare l’oggetto
da produrre e simulare l’insieme delle azioni fisiche a cui
esso viene sottoposto. La simulazione può essere ripetuta
più volte, variando la geometria, i materiali e le condizioni
di contorno sino a quando i risultati non dimostrino
che l’oggetto risponda a tutte le condizioni
di funzionamento e di sicurezza. Solo allora il progettista
da il benestare alla costruzione dell’impianto.
Questa tecnica permette di definire e verificare un progetto
in tempi estremamente ridotti, con maggiore precisione
e riducendo sensibilmente i costi di sviluppo.
Engineering.
This represents the first phase of the production process
and is crucial to determining the solution capable
of ensuring the Customer receives the best possible
performance from every aspect.
A team of specialised technicians carries out the
engineering activity using modern and sophisticated IT
systems, including CAD and FEA-T, to design the piece
to be produced and to simulate the series of physical
effects to which the piece is subjected. The simulation can
be repeated several times, while changing the geometry,
the materials and the surrounding conditions until the
results demonstrate that the piece complies with all the
operating and safety conditions. Only then does the
designer give approval for the equipment to be built.
This technique enables a given project to be defined
and tested in a very short time, with greater accuracy
and thereby reducing the development costs significantly.
