Eredi Scabini produce all’interno dei propri stabilimenti oltre
15.000 tonnellate di refrattari monolitici all’anno sulla base
di formule di esclusiva proprietà dell’azienda.
Oltre il 30% del materiale informe prodotto viene
trasformato in preformati destinati al rivestimento
di forni e contenitori per metalli fusi, in un’ampia gamma
di pezzi che variano da 0,5 kg a 15.000 kg ciascuno.
Eredi Scabini è anche produttrice di Flextrong
®
, preformati
compositi a matrice ceramica rinforzati con acciaio
refrattario. Questi prodotti sono impiegati per sostituire
refrattari e/o fusioni in ghisa o acciaio nelle applicazioni più
gravose.
Inoltre, l’azienda è strutturata per poter eseguire presso
i propri stabilimenti servizi di demolizione, installazione
ed essiccazione di rivestimenti su forni ed impianti
di proprietà dei clienti.
Eredi Scabini produces more than 15,000 tonnes
of monolithic refractories in its plants, based on formulae
which are owned exclusively by the company.
More than 30% of the material produced is transformed into
pre-cast products intended to be used to line furnaces
and molten metal containers, in a broad range of pieces,
which vary from 0.5 kg to 15,000 kg each.
Eredi Scabini manufacture also Flextrong
®
, pre-formed
ceramic matrix composities reinforced with heat resistance
steel. These products are used to replace refractories and
iron/steel casting in the most demanding applications.
In addition, the company is structured to provide demolition,
installation and lining drying services, in its own plants,
referred to furnaces and plants owned by customers.
