Preformati.
Eredi Scabini ha sempre creduto nello sviluppo
dei preformati. Oggi tale convinzione viene confermata
dal mercato che richiede preformati di alta qualità
e importanti dimensioni per ridurre le manutenzioni,
aumentare le performance e ridurre i fermi di produzione
degli impianti. La capacità di produrre preformati fino
a 15 ton di peso pone Eredi Scabini tra i leaders mondiali
indiscussi di questo settore di mercato. Il processo
produttivo avviene in un ambiente perfettamente controllato
che riproduce, su scala industriale, le condizioni ideali
di un laboratorio.
A seguito della formatura, i pezzi vengono maturati, essiccati
e cotti in appositi forni e solo dopo un severo controllo
dimensionale vengono imballati per la spedizione.

plants. The capacity to produce pre-cast pieces weighing
up to 15 tonnes positions Eredi Scabini among the

The production process is carried out in a totally controlled
environment that reproduces the ideal conditions
of a laboratory, on an industrial scale.
After the shaping stage, the pieces are aged, dried and
baked in specific furnaces and only packed for dispatch
after successfully passing a demanding dimensional test.
