Eredi Scabini has been designing and producing pre-formed refractories to replace both bricks and monolithics in a wide range of applications for more than 30 years. To respond to and encourage the increasing adoption of pre-formed shapes, the company has invested in the construction of a new kiln 160m3 in capacity to ensure precise heat treatments of even the largest, most complex forms, confirming the company’s determination to win the leadership of this market segment.

Eredi Scabini exhibited at the GIFA fair in Düsseldorf for the fourth time, attracting considerable interest from the many visitors, who received an introduction to the new Histone® e Flextrong® HT products .
On the stand, the visitors were able to view and touch Eredi Scabini solutions: the CPS system for crucible induction furnaces, the Flextrong gantry for reverberatory furnaces and the “large aggregate’ crown centre for electric arc furnaces.
